Can I file a claim electronically?

Yes, Nova can accept electronic claims through our EDI Partner, Smart Data Solutions (SDS). Our Payer ID is 16644. You can contact SDS at:

Can I get online eligibility and claim status?

Yes, you can visit the Provider Information Center. If you are a first-time user, please follow the prompts for registration.

How long does the provider credentialing process take?

Although time frames will vary, a completed application is typically processed within 60 to 120 days.
