Our People Make Nova, Nova
At Nova, we’re people, people - proud to serve as plan management partners for our clients and as care navigators for their members. Our solutions are informed by data and driven by a passion for helping people live better. We believe the best solutions are built together, and the best experiences are fueled by diverse backgrounds and perspectives. As you'll see during our hiring process we are committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment, where our associates are empowered to be their authentic selves. Our differences lead to innovation and together we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations and create a positive, lasting member experience.
Benefits of Joining Nova's Team
Our Culture
We work hard and have fun. We focus on deadlines and client service while also enjoying obscure celebrations, like National Pet Day. From March Meme Madness and “Unplugged” company-wide monthly meetings to gratitude campaigns and ice cream surprises, we show our associates appreciation every day. There’s plenty of opportunity to get involved and become empowered through our associate-led committees. Individually, the committees offer a cross-functional opportunity for associates to build relationships with each other and their offerings help make Nova a great place to work year after year. We’re so friendly, it’s awkward. Some people even say their coworkers feel like family - but that may be because we have a number of associates who are actually family. Read some of their stories.
