Nova Earns 2026 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health
This marks Nova's fifth year receiving the distinction from Mental Health America

Nova Healthcare Administrators, Inc. has been awarded the 2026 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America (MHA). The Bell Seal certification recognizes employers who strive to create mentally healthy workplaces for their employees, with platinum serving as the highest level of distinction. This is the fifth year Nova has earned the Bell Seal.
The Bell Seal recognizes employer advances in workplace mental health by awarding Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum recognition. To receive this prestigious designation, Nova was evaluated on its policies and practices in four areas: workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and whole-health wellness programs. Nova received an overall score of 94 out of 100, with 100 percent for wellness programs.
Obtaining the Bell Seal demonstrates Nova’s ongoing commitment to associate mental health and wellbeing.
“At Nova, we believe that supporting mental health is essential,” said James Walleshauser, president, Nova. “Being recognized with the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health for the fifth consecutive year speaks to our commitment to fostering a culture where our team feels supported, valued and empowered. We believe that investing in our people is fundamental to who we are and how we serve our clients.”
Nova’s receipt of the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health reflects not only the company’s commitment to wellbeing from its leadership, but the efforts of its associate-led activities, including volunteering and charitable giving programs, a popular hiking club, the Nova Navigators, and numerous associate engagement opportunities. Nova also strives to support associates through flexible working arrangements, regular company-wide meetings and internal communications, as well as a robust total rewards package that includes mental and behavioral health resources.
