Nova Honored Among 'Best Companies to Work For in New York'
2026 marks ninth consecutive year earning the recognition
Nova Healthcare Administrators, Inc. has once again been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York, marking its ninth consecutive year on this distinguished list.
The statewide awards program honors top workplaces that contribute positively to New York’s economy, workforce, and business community. Winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony in Albany on April 21, where final rankings will be announced.

The Best Companies to Work for in New York awards program is presented by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management (NYS-SHRM), Best Companies Group, and BridgeTower Media/Rochester Business Journal. Best Companies Group oversees the research-driven evaluation process, which includes an assessment of workplace policies, practices, and demographics, followed by an employee survey measuring workplace experience and satisfaction.
Businesses are categorized into three size groups:
- Small companies: 15-99 employees
- Medium companies: 100-249 employees
- Large companies: 250+ employees
To qualify, companies must have at least 15 employees in New York, operate as a for-profit, nonprofit, or government entity, and have been in business for a minimum of one year.
