You can reach Nova Healthcare Administrators' customer service by calling the number on your ID card or at 1-800-999-5703. You will have the option to leave a message if you contact us after hours or during holiday closings. A care navigator from our customer service team will return your call the next business day.
FSA, HSA and HRA Subscribers
Contact us for questions regarding your reimbursement account or if you are having problems logging into your secure web portal.
