Our customer service representatives are here to help with questions regarding your plan, benefits, provider information and more. You may also contact us if you are having problems logging into your secure online portal. You can reach customer service by calling the number on your ID card or by calling us toll-free at 1-800-999-5703. You will have the option to leave a message if you contact us after hours or during holiday closings. A care navigator from our customer service team will return your call the next business day.
FSA, HSA and HRA Subscribers
Contact us for questions regarding your reimbursement account or if you are having problems logging into your secure web portal. If you have a reimbursement account with Nova you can reach our customer service team at email@example.com or 1-877-268-3799. Customer service representatives can be reached Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST.

Provider or health care offices may contact Provider Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-999-5703. Press 3 for billing inquiries, requests to become a participating provider in the Nova Dentalcare or Nova Medicalcare networks, or for general questions.
