You can reach Nova Healthcare Administrators' customer service by calling the number on your ID card or at 1-800-999-5703. Customer service representatives can be reached Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST. You will have the option to leave a message if you contact us after hours or during holiday closings. A care navigator from our customer service team will return your call the next business day.
FSA, HSA and HRA Subscribers
