Once you create an account through the desktop portal, you can download the app to ensure you have your plan information at your fingertips. If you have questions, call our Customer Service department to speak with one of our Care Navigators. A Care Navigator can help you find a provider and schedule appointments, discuss copayments and claims status, make a real-time transfer to a RN, and more. Our dedicated, resourceful, and caring team is committed to providing an elevated level of service.
